Other Services
Polish Caregivers Connection offers a free consultation in a warm, friendly and homelike office atmosphere. You will be able to customize a service package. We allow for a meeting with a caregiver at a time and place of your choice.
Stay in touch
We stay in touch with families and caregivers to make sure optimal services are provided. We do routine telephone follow-ups and home visits to ensure continuous patient and family satisfaction.
